A Cacao Affair
The Story
Just north of Atlanta and minutes from downtown Woodstock, A Cacao Affair creates rich, unexpected flavor combinations using premium Swiss chocolate and bold, all-natural ingredients like Georgia olive oil, saffron, and black tea.
Logo Redesign
Our client came to us with an existing logo that carried personal meaning. Our challenge was to design something entirely new while maintaining a connection to the past. We achieved this by preserving the character of the original typeface and designing a custom cacao pod illustration as a subtle tribute to the previous mark. To round out the refreshed identity, we developed two alternate logos and a versatile color palette for greater flexibility and functionality.
Color Palette
We knew we wanted a palette of chocolate, caramel, and cream, but the challenge was getting the shades just right. Chocolate can easily read too dark, caramel can drift toward gold, and cream often leans yellow. Finding the perfect balance between these tones made all the difference.
