Canoe’s success led to the launch of Oar, a masculine counterpart offering curated gifts and apparel for him and home, right next door on Main Street in Blue Ridge, GA. I helped bring the brand to life with a clean, masculine logo designed to complement Canoe and adapt beautifully across leather goods, fabric, packaging, and other touchpoints.

The Story
Logos and Color Palette
I created a clean, minimal wordmark by integrating an oar graphic into the lettering and angling the paddle to suggest a gentle wave. To connect Oar with its sister brand, Canoe, I carried over the existing color palette and refreshed it with deeper, more saturated tones.

Project Highlight
Coaster Design
Sometimes a project goes beyond logos and marketing materials. For this one, I created custom artwork for a line of handcrafted leather coasters the client produces herself, helping bring her product vision to life.
Project Highlight
Candle Box Design
For Oar’s candle line, the client wanted each fragrance to celebrate local landmarks. The first scent, Toccoa, was inspired by the Toccoa River, a North Georgia landmark known for its scenic path and historic truss bridge. I designed a custom label graphic that pays subtle tribute to the bridge and the story behind the fragrance.
