Our rates are generally project-based and competitive with the market. However, we don’t compete with impersonal, online-only services that specialize in templated or crowdsourced work. At Kemp Graphic, we offer personalized services tailored specifically to you.
What Are Your Terms?
For new customers, payment is due when the project is completed. Returning customers can enjoy Net 30 terms. For larger projects, we typically require a 50% deposit to get started.
When Can We Meet?
Quick phone calls are always welcome. However, in-depth discussions may require a scheduled callback. In-person meetings are generally reserved for larger projects and are available by appointment only, ensuring we can give your project the undivided attention it deserves.
